General Terms and Conditions

Review the rules for ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, and liability when shopping with Mark Ryden Europe.

How Your Order Becomes a Contract

These Terms apply to every purchase completed on markrydeneurope.com between Backpack Group Mykola Naruzhnyi (Seller) and you as the Buyer. Alternative terms only apply if we explicitly confirm them in writing.

  • Product listings are invitations to place an order, not binding offers.
  • Your binding offer is submitted when you click Order with obligation to pay (or a similar button).
  • The contract is concluded after we send the email confirmation.

Parties

Backpack Group Mykola Naruzhnyi, Belgradstr. 19, 80796 Munich, Germany acts as the Seller and contractual partner for all EU buyers.

Pricing, Payments & Shipping

Prices & Payment

  • All amounts shown include VAT and the shipping charges displayed at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard.
  • Payment is due immediately after order confirmation; additional terms of each payment provider also apply.

Delivery & Availability

  • Orders ship to the address you provided within 24 hours (next business day) after payment is received.
  • Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
  • If an item is unavailable, you receive an immediate update plus a refund of the affected amount.

Withdrawal, Returns & Ownership

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without stating reasons. All details plus the template form are available under our Right of Withdrawal.

  • Return goods in their original condition; you bear any value loss caused by handling beyond what is necessary to test the product.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method once we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

Retention of title: Items remain property of the Seller until the invoice amount is paid in full.

Warranty, Liability & Governing Law

  • Statutory warranty rights apply for two years from delivery (repair or replacement).
  • No liability for damage caused by improper use, modifications, or normal wear.
  • German law applies; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not.
  • For merchants and public entities, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
  • If one clause is invalid, the remainder of the Terms stays in force.
