3. Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 14 days after the package arrives at the warehouse.
  • The refund is issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. Damaged Item? Important Tip

Please do not send faulty items back immediately. In many cases we can solve the issue faster without a full return.
