Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a MARK RYDEN customer, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the last item in the order.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Send a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

  • Email support@markrydeneurope.com with your withdrawal request.
  • You may use the standard cancellation form below, though this is optional.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

  • We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (premium delivery surcharges excluded).
  • Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of return.
  • Processing fee: €5 within Germany, €10 for international returns.
  • You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method unless another method is agreed.

4. Return of Goods

  • Send products back within 14 days after notifying us about the withdrawal.
  • Use the official return address provided in the Returns section of our site.
  • You bear the direct shipping cost for returning the goods.
